The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Hole in the external panel, you could replace the whole panel for another or glass – please see last photos.
- Residue mastic around the frame can be covered by trim for a low expense online.
- Small part of the frame and sill has chipped of this is will not be seen once installed.
- 4 screw holes on the bottom of the frame internally from previous alarm this can be covered by a new alarm.
- One of the rain caps are missing this can bought online for a low expense, all defects are cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the door.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight with a width of 43.8cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 92.3cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
