uPVC Front Door with sidelight in woodgrain Brown (Rosewood), bespoke made to the highest quality.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Residual adhesive on one edge of the door and sidelight frames from the previous installation – this would be covered with trim when the door is installed again.
- Light mark on the external side of the door – this can be easily touched up.
- The ornate panel between the glass panes on one section of glazing is slightly misshapen (see photos) – this is purely cosmetic and does not effect the integrity of the glass in any way, and the glass pane is not blown as a result.
- Comes with a brand new sill and end caps.
Security
- 5 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- The sidelight / window on its own is: 78.5cm in width and can be removed if required.
- Just the frame width is 90.2cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- The glass has a ornate design with a slight pink/rose tint – please see closeup in photos.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood) and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
