Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Residual adhesive on one edge of the door and sidelight frames from the previous installation – this would be covered with trim when the door is installed again.
• Light mark on the external side of the door – this can be easily touched up.
• The ornate panel between the glass panes on one section of glazing is slightly misshapen (see photos) – this is purely cosmetic and does not effect the integrity of the glass in any way, and the glass pane is not blown as a result.
• Comes with a brand new sill and end caps.

Security

• 5 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• The sidelight / window on its own is: 78.5cm in width and can be removed if required.
• Just the frame width is 90.2cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• The glass has a ornate design with a slight pink/rose tint – please see closeup in photos.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood) and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
