Upvc White Front Door
uPVC Front Door with Sidelights.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Screw holes from the previous doorbell (see photos) which could be easily filled or covered with a new replacement doorbell.
- There is a crack in the corner of the internal side of the frame (see photos) which could also be filled.
- Missing sill end caps which can be purchased online for a small expense.
Security
- 5 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 30.9cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 90.6cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 121.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, distorted, decorative, toughened with metal silver spacer bar.
- Distorted glass with a decorative patterned texture.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The handles are Gold and the hinges are White.
