Upvc White Front Door
uPVC Front Door in White, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Knocker is slightly weathered, as you would expect to see on a pre-owned door.
- Paint is chipped on the internal handle (see photos) – this could be easily touched up.
- Scratch to the beading (see photos) which is purely cosmetic and has not effected the integrity of the beading in any way.
- Marks around the edges of the frame from the previous installation which will be covered by trim when the doors are installed again.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, distorted, stained, toughened, with metal black spacer bar.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Decorative leaded/stained glass with a rose design and bars stuck externally to the glazing. Distorted with a decorative texture.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is White.
