Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• A few visible cosmetic marks in places. Small chip internally on the door. Marks on the hinges. These can all be filled or touched up.
• Internal rubber seal is frayed, faded handle colour, and rust on the locking chain, but these can all be replaced at a low expense and are easy to fit.
• Door panel is discoloured, which is purely cosmetic and does not affect the integrity of the door. 

Missing Parts

• A Locking Plate is missing, however, this can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
