Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but overall in excellent/very clean condition both sides.
Screw holes on side of the frame from previously installed door bell – these could be filled, or covered with a new replacement doorbell.
Paint chips to 3 of the hinges – these could be touched up, but are purely cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the hinges in any way.
Slightly discoloured on the external side. This is also purely cosmetic and has not effected the quality of the door whatsoever.

Missing Parts

Handles and Rain sill missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
The handle screw centres are 165mm apart and the lock to the handle is 92mm.

Security

5 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 ‘Yale’ key.

Opening

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

Glazing is double glazed, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar.
Distorted glass with a decorative texture.
There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
The hinges are White.
