uPVC Front Door in White, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £800 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There is residual sealant around the edges of the glass (see photos) which is purely cosmetic.
- Screw holes on the external side from previously fitted doorbell and other furniture (see photos) – these could easily be filled, or covered with your own furniture.
Security
- 5 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, distorted, beveled, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has leaded diamond design externally & inside the glazing. This cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
