Condition
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- This door has only been installed internally (see photos), this has kept the door in excellent condition so this hasn’t been exposed to the elements, which has kept the doors in excellent condition.
Security
- 6 point locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The opening door is on the left and slides to the right, when viewing from the outside. The other pane is fixed and does not move.
Toplight
- Just the toplight / window is 57.7cm in height and can be removed if required.
- This would leave just the door frame height of 199.7cm.
Sidelight / Window
- The sidelight / window on its own is: 91.3cm in width and can be removed if required.
- Just the frame width is 210.4cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
