uPVC back door with decorative stained and leaded glass.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Has 4 screws at the bottom of the door externally (see photos) which could be removed and the holes filled.
Colour
The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
Has White hinges with Chrome handles.
Operating / Style
The door opens inwards to the Right when viewing from the outside.
Security
9 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 ‘Yale’ key.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar.
There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Has leaded Georgian Bars externally on the glazing. If you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Decorative leaded and stained glass, with a lovely 3D floral design inside.
