Upvc White Back Door
High quality uPVC / PVCu Back Door.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
- Light chip on both top corners on the frame externally, however these are hardly noticeable and would be hidden after installation.
- Items included: Sill (4cm), Sill end cap x 1 (Not covers the end of the sill completely, but you can order these online at very low expense).
MISSING PARTS
- Window key missing, however you can order new handle online for just £5 delivered, which would come with the key.
Security
- 4 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 207cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
