uPVC Back Door in White with Sidelight.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Two small chips around the frame, but once installed with trim this would be hidden.
- Gasket on the top of the door has a slight tear, but replacements can be purchased online for a low expense.
Security
- 7 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Zone’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- The sidelight / window on its own is: 75.5cm in width and can be removed if required, the side light height is 0.5cm taller than the door frame.
- Just the frame width is 91cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Distorted glass with a decorative texture.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
