Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Screw holes at the top of door from a previous alarm once installed could be covered by thick trim or filled.
• The top hinge has a slight bend in it this does not effect the door but can easily be replaced. Defect(s) are only cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the product at all.

Defects

• There is condensation occurring inside the lower double glazed units- we can order a replacement pane(s) for £60 total including VAT.

Security

• 4 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
