Condition
- Good condition condition both sides.
- Glass pane broken, however we could replace it with any type of glazing for £75 total including VAT.
- Bottom of the frame externally is slightly broken (see photos).
Security
- High quality 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- The glazing with this item is broken, but we can order clear glass at a cost of £75 total inc VAT.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
- Glass will pass building regulations.
- If you want to order yourself, the units required are: Width: 56.6cm, Height: 87.5cm x1 pane(s) (checked LH).
- We can get any type of glass for you patterned, frosted or clear the price may just vary – please contact us if you wanted anything other than clear glass.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
