Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
• Light mark on handles and on one hinge, however these could be easily touched up.
• Missing rain end sill caps which can be purchased online at a low expense.
• Glass pane broken, however we could replace it with any type of glazing you wish  – please contact us for a quote.
• Bottom of the frame externally is slightly broken (see photos), however this is only cosmetic and doesn’t effect the operation of the door whatsoever – it is still able to close and lock securely.
• Two screw holes at the bottom of the frame from the previous installation – these could be filled, but will be concealed with trim when the door is installed again.

Security

• High quality 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• The glazing with this item is broken, but we can order clear glass at a cost of £60 total inc VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us. Please contact us for a quote if you would like a different type of glazing for this door.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.
• If you want to order yourself, the units required are: Width: 56.6cm, Height: 87.5cm x1 pane(s) (checked LH).
• We can get any type of glass for you patterned, frosted or clear the price may just vary – please contact us if you wanted anything other than clear glass.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
