Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition on both sides.
- Handles are metal and a bit scuffed but could easily be touched up. Replacement handles are available to purchase online at a low expense.
- Paint chips to 3 of the hinges. These however are metal and could easily be touched up or repainted. This is purely cosmetic and does not effect the operation of the hinges in any way.
- Missing one sill end cap which can also be purchased online at a small expense.
Security
- 7 point ‘Mila’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Distorted glass with a decorative patterned texture.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
