We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. Two small marks externally, but these could be hidden with a touch up pen.
One hinge cover is missing, however this is only cosmetic and does not affect the doors at all. We believe this to be ‘SI Siegenia’ brand, so should be easy to find a replacement online.
No internal trickle vents on the add on, but this add on is only an extra so can easily be removed. New vents would be around £10 if you did want them fitted.
Colour
The colour externally is Woodgrain Brown Golden oak and internally White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.
Has Brown hinges with Gold Chrome handle outside and matching white inside.
Operating / Style
Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the Left; when fully open all 3 doors stacks to the right.
Doors are top & bottom hung giving the very best support/ operation.
Clipped together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Security
8 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with ‘MILA’ 2 keys.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
