Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light scratch internally on the frame, however these are hardly noticeable and could easily be hidden with a touched up pen if desired.

DEFECTS

• Inside of the frame broken slightly, however this couldn’t be seen when viewing from outside and would not effect the operation of the product at all.
• Please see last photo relating to the defects.

Security

• High quality 4 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with one key.

Opening

• Internally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the doors open in twos from the left (there is no main traffic door);
• When fully open, and all 2 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
