High quality Aluminium bi-folding doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by award winning ‘ALUK’.

Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.
Condition
-Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
-Excellent/ very clean condition, only had 18 months use.
-Small tear to the rubber gasket on the bottom.
-Some light cement/ scratches on the bottom sill, however these are only cosmetic and hardly noticeable- would come off with some strong cleaner.
Colour
The colour externally is Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
Has matching coloured furniture.
Operating / Style
-Externally opening & stacking doors.
-There is no main traffic door and the doors open in twos. When fully open doors stack externally to the right, when viewing from the outside.
-There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ shut from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.
Security
Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
These are keyless so can only be locked from the inside via a handle.
Glazing
Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with a Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Item needs to be installed within 2 months and photos need to be given of the item fitted. We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
