Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Mark on sill.
• 1 of the pins have been broken from a roller so it is not as long as the other, it can still be used or could be replaced.
• There is a visible crack on the top side of the frame this can be filled and/or covered by thick trim when installed.

Security

• 4 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this door as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.
• There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the doors open in twos from the right – there is no main traffic door.
• When fully open, all 4 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are top hung.
• There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Cream coloured furniture.
