Upvc White Bi-Folding Doors
High quality uPVC / PVCu Bi-Folding Doors.
Would cost around £4,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
We have multiple of these available for sale, identical in design & size. The listed price is for just the one.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Light marks on sill and doors these can be touched up.
- 2 pins have broken from the rollers, 1 can be soldered back on the other will need to be ordered or used as is.
- There is a visible crack and hole behind one of the internal vents, this could be filled.
Security
- 4 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this door as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.
- There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the doors open in twos from the right (there is no main traffic door).
- When fully open, all 4 doors stack to the left.
- Doors are top hung.
- There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- One pane of glass has a large scratch at the top across the pane – cannot get a good photo of this, you could replace the pane or try to buff out.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Cream coloured furniture.
