Halo uPVC Black Casement Window
uPVC Casement Window in woodgrain Black, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Halo’ (part of the VEKA Group).
We are not sure on the exact age of this product, but it’s modern, in excellent condition, and has seen little use.
Would cost around £700 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Made to slightly the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Some light scuff marks in places (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
- Missing sill end caps which can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 6 point ‘Maco’ locking system (including top and bottom corners) making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this window but it can be locked shut by turning the child safety latch handle. New handles complete with keys can be purchased online at a low expense.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 42mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Slightly tinted (helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Black and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
