Sterling PVCU Chartwell Green French Doors

High quality UPVC/PVCU French Doors, made by Sterling PVCU.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Missing sill end caps.
Defects
- Crack in the top corner of frame. Once installed with trim, defects would be hidden.
- Chipped in the middle of the bottom of the frame internally this has been glued back into place.
- Crack in frame between the doors and top light. Defect are only cosmetic and do not affect the operation of the product at all.
- Please see last photos relating to the defects.
Security
- 7 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 5 ‘Carl F’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Toplight
- The toplight/window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 196.8cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Green Chartwell and internally is Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
