Upvc Brown (Light Golden Oak) French Doors
High quality UPVC / PVCU French Doors with Sidelights.
Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
One or both Sidelights can be removed if not needed, but will ship with the order.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/Very clean condition both sides.
- Slight crack on interior side on the bottom of the frame by the door, purely cosmetic.
- These also have paint marks on the doors this will come off with strong cleaner.
Security
- 11 point ‘Mila’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Elite’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 30cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 128cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 158cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Brown (Light Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
