uPVC French Doors with Sidelights in woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), bespoke made to a very high quality.

Would cost around £2,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.

Condition

• • Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
  • Excellent/ clean condition both sides.
  • The Golden Oak veneer is peeling away from the sill in some places – the sill is not crucial to the installation of the door as it can be fitted without.
  • It is also peeling away on a couple of spots on the doors (see photos) which could be touched up and made less visible.
  • A small chip on the corner of the frame (see photos) which would be covered with trim when the doors are installed.
  • There is condensation occurring inside one of the double glazed units, another unit has a small crack, and one unit is missing. We can order all new clear glass at a cost of £590 total including VAT. This glass would be toughened, Low-E, Argon Gas filled, and will pass building regulations.

Missing Parts

One locking plate for the doors, and one on the top of the frame (for the shoot bolts), are missing – however, these can be purchased online at a low expense and fitted easily.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 4 keys.

Opening

• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 90.4cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 181.6cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 272cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal gold spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
• If you wanted to order the missing pane of glass the measurements are – Height 184.3cm, Width 68.2cm, Depth 2.8cm.
• The glass would cost if you wanted clear £112 per pane this is with no tint as you will be unable to match the tint but could place a film on. If you wanted clear with the leaded bars on this would cost £162 per pane but again would be clear so a film would have to be placed onto the glass.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
