Condition

-Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

-Excellent/very clean condition both sides.

-Some small marks in a few locations which could be easily touched up (see photos) – these are purely cosmetic and do not affect the integrity or operation of the doors in any way.

-Couple of marks on the beading strips – these are also purely cosmetic, and replacement beading can be purchased online for a low expense.

Colour

The colour externally is Woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak) and internally White, with a matching frame either side.

Has Black hinge covers and Chrome handles.

Sidelight / Window

Each sidelight is the same size which is: 27.2cm in width.
The sidelights can be cut off, just leaving just the door frame width of 145cm.
If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 172.2cm.

Top Light / Window

The top light / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 205.4cm.

Opening

Externally opening doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Left.

Security

High quality 5 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 key.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
