The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Short Golden Oak uPVC French Doors with sidelights.
Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Good condition both sides, but do have some defects:
- The beading on both external doors at the bottom has bobbled and the wrap broken- this is only cosmetic.
- Some chips around the edge of the frame but once fitted with trim this would be hidden. There is one chip externally under where the beading would be externally, this would need to be filled after installation.
- Missing a hinge cap, however, it can be sourced either online or locally at a low expense.
Defects
- There is condensation occurring inside three of the double glazed units- we can order 4 replacement panes clear for £445 total including VAT (28mm Argon Gas, Low E, Toughened).
Security
- 7 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 6 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 48cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 137.1cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 185.1cm.
Glazing
- If you want to order the glass units yourself, the units required are:
- Width: 40.6cm, Height: 159.7cm x2 panes (Checked LH)
- Width: 45.3cm, Height: 141.9cm x2 panes (Checked LH)
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak) and internally is Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
