We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. One or both Sidelights can be removed if not needed, but will ship with the order.
Condition
• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Some paint chips on the hinge covers, small scratches on the internal top part of the door and the film is peeling off.

Security
• 7 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight/Window
There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 42.4cm in width.
Just the frame width is 130cm.
The width with just one sidelight is 172.4cm.
Glazing
• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (mahogany), with a matching frame either side.
The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
