Upvc White French Doors
uPVC French Doors.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
These doors are externally beaded.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Paint chips/sticky tape on hinges these could be touched up or replaced.
- Chips on the bottom of external frame . Once installed with trim, defect(s) would be hidden.
- Screw holes at the top of internal doors these could be filled or hidden with thick trim.
- To reinstall the glass you would need to buy some glazing tape this can be purchased at a low expense.
- Handles are chipped in places so could be touched up or replaced.
Security
- 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £180 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
