Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light marks on top of the frame externally, however these are hardly noticeable.
• Light chips to ‘three’ of the hinges. These however are metal and could easily be touched up/ painted.
• Sill end caps are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 7 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
