Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Screw holes on the top internal part of the frame left from previous vents.
• Crack on the side of the internal part of the frame can easily be covered by trim.
• Light mark on handle has been touched up.

Missing Parts

• Sill End Caps, Vents missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 9 point ‘Excalibur’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘UAP’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
