High quality uPVC / PVCu French Doors.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent clean condition both sides.
- Crack on the glue line, we have fitted some metal brackets on the corner to hold it together, but will need some glue when installed.
- Small chip on hinge.
- Missing sill end caps.
Security
- 7 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 5 ‘ISEO’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There is sidelight with a width of 79cm.
- The sidelight can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 167cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
