Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• The top left external vent is broken but this is a quick and easy fix that can be purchased online at a low cost.
• Slight dent and scratches on the low threshold – this does not effect the operation of the doors.
• The beading has a couple of dents in a few places. Please see photos for details.
• The sill is scratched and if required a new one can be brought online or not used due to the doors having a low threshold.
• Old trim marks around the frame but this will be covered with trim when it is next installed.
• Paint chips to ‘three’ of the hinges and handles. These however are metal and could easily be touched up/ painted.

Security

• 9 point ‘Fullex’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Mila’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal grey spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
