Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/Very clean condition both sides.
- Light marks on the handles and hinges, but these are cosmetic only, not easily noticeable and could be hidden with a touched up pen if desired.
- Some marks on the hinges, but purely cosmetic.
Security
- 7 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 4 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is White.
