Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Scratches on two of the hinges these are only cosmetic defects and do not effect the operation of the door.
• Internal Q-lon rubber missing in one place this can be ordered online for a low expense.
• 1 small dent and scratch on the side of the frame both of these can be covered by trim.

Missing Parts

• Sill End Caps are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense, you can also buy a brand new sill with end caps at any local supplier.

Security

• 7 point ‘FUHR’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
