Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Holes externally and internally on the top of each door from previous blinds .
• One mark on one hinge which can be touched up.
• Holes internally on the upper frame but these will be covered by trim when installed as well as one down the side.
• Has an old alarm on which can be removed internally.
• All holes can be filled.

Security

• 8 point ‘Excalibur’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
