Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.

There is a crack on the sill, which could be easily filled and touched up.

The paint is slightly chipped on the handles, which could also be touched up. Alternatively, replacement handles can be purchased online for a low expense and easily fitted.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.

Has matching White furniture.

Sidelight / Window

Each sidelight is the same size which is: 54cm in width.

The sidelights can be cut off, just leaving just the door frame width of 149.8cm.

If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 205.8cm.

Operating / Style

Externally opening doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Left.

Security

3 point locking system making it very secure.

Comes with 1 key.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Has Georgian Bars internally (inside the glazing). These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units – please contact us for a quote.
