Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Some light marks externally on the item, however these are hardly noticeable and could easily be hidden with a touched up pen if desired.
• Missing sill end caps, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• High quality 5 point ‘Maco’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 ‘Ultra’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 48cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 176.7cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 224.7cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
