Upvc White French Doors
High quality UPVC/PVCU French Doors with Georgian Barred Glazing.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/Very clean condition both sides.
- Light paint flaking on the hinges, but it can easily be hidden with a touch-up pen if desired.
- Few minute scratches on the glass pane externally, however these are hardly noticeable.
- Missing some hinge screws and cover caps, however you can purchase these online at a low expense.
Security
- High quality 3 point ‘ASSA’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘Mila’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
