Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ clean condition both sides.
• There is a small hairline crack on the top right of the frame on the external side (is not all the way through), this could easily be filled/ glued before installation and wouldn’t cause any problems- see last photo for defect.
• The sill measures 3cm so minus this from the height if removing

Security

• 7 point ‘ERA’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 1 ‘Garrison’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 41cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 155cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 196cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
