Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Some holes around the frame but these will be hidden with trim when installed.
• Missing a few of the top hat covers on the hinges.
• Paint chips to ‘six’ of the hinges. These however are metal and could easily be touched up/ painted.

Security

• 6 point ‘Milenco’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 31cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 155.8cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 186.8cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
