Excellent Quality uPVC / PVCu French doors.

These were fitted as part of a corner, so there is an extra sidelight (this does not need to be fitted).

Carefully removed by professional installers.

Would cost around £2,000 if ordered direct.

Condition

-Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
-Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

-There is a crack in the sill, however you don’t have to use this when fitting or you can easily just replace it.

-Also there is a small crack to the sidelight, however this is only cosmetic and would be hidden when installed with trim.

-Missing a few hinge top caps- only cosmetic.

-There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Matt White (UPVC), with a matching frame either side.

Has White hinges with Silver handles.

Sidelight / Window

Each sidelight is the same size which is: 57cm in width.
The sidelights can be cut off, just leaving just the door frame width of 149.8cm.
If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 206.8cm.

Additional L side light measurements: width 52cm

Additional L add on: 7cm onto the width

Top Light / Window

The top light / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 206.9cm.

Operating / Style

Externally opening doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Left.

Security

5 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 2 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
