Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Light marks around the edges of the frame from the previous installation, but these would be hidden by trim when the doors are installed again.
• One of the smaller beading sections is missing for one of the sidelights, however these can be purchased online at a low expense and fitted easily – see last photo for the beading end-profile.

Security

• 7 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 47.5cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 144.6cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 192.1cm.

Glazing

• Missing two sidelight glazing with this item but we can order it in at a total cost of £250 total including VAT. This will take 7 days to be delivered to us, however, we would not be able to exactly match the tint in the glazing of the French doors.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White furniture.
