The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

uPVC French doors with Sidelights in White, bespoke made to a very high standard by ‘Deceuninck’.
Would cost around £2,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- One length of beading for a sidelight has broken, however these can be purchased cheaply online and fitted easily (see photos for end-profile of the beading) – we believe this beading is ‘Deceuninck 2500 Flat Window Bead – 2540′.
- One sidelight has a cat-flap installed on the glazing, which cannot be removed without replacing the glass entirely. We can replace this glazing for an additional cost of £150 including VAT. This glass would be toughened, Low-E, Argon Gas-filled, and will pas building regulations.
Security
- 5 point ‘Fullex’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Yale’ key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 54.3cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 139.8cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 194.1cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded diamond design externally on the glazing – this cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would have to replace the glazing entirely. We can do this for an additional cost of £350 including VAT. This glass would be toughened, Low-E, Argon Gas-filled, and will pas building regulations.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the hinges are White.
