Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Marks on both handles, can be replaced at a very low expense.
• Discoloured hinges which could be sprayed.
• Yellow marks around the internal frame, can be easily covered by trim.

Missing Parts

• Sill End Caps missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 5 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Sidelight/Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 37cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 143.8cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 180.8cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
