Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• 3 Hinge cover caps are missing, but you could purchase these online at a very low expense.
• Light marks on the hinges externally, however these are hardly noticeable and could be covered with suitable hinge cover caps if desired.
• Light marks on the handles, which are not easily observable.
• Few scratch marks externally on the corner of the door and on the glass.
• Nail hole on the frame on a place visible both internally and externally, but these could either be filled or hidden under a trim upon installation.

Security

• High quality 7 point ‘Roto’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Wagner’ key.
• Light bend to the key, however this wouldn’t affect it’s operation.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight/Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 29.5cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 154.5cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 184cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
