Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Missing sill end caps.

Security

• 7 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Sidelight / Window

• There are multiple widths to the sidelight/windows, see below the sizes:
• Sidelight width: 59.6cm
• Sidelight width: 60cm
• The sidelights can be fitted either side.
• Just the frame width is 176.8cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
• We have ordered a new glass pane for the door with Georgian bars in and fitted this. This will be completely clear glass so may not exactly match the others if they have a slight tint.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
