The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

One or both Sidelights can be removed if not needed.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- The paint has chipped on the handles and there are marks on the hinges, however it is only cosmetic and can be replaced or touched up.
Security
- 9 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘ISEO’ key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight/Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 28.6cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 130.8cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 159.4cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
