Would cost around £2,000 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
Security
• 11 point ‘Mila’ locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.
Opening
• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight/Window
• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 48cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 143cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 191cm.
Glazing
• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars internally (inside the glazing). These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units – please contact us for a quote.
• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White furniture.
