The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

High quality UPVC / PVCU French Doors with sidelights. (Optional)
Would cost around £2000.00 if you were to order new direct.
One of both Sidelights can be removed if not needed, but will ship with the item when ordered.
Condition
• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• This door has small chips on the top of the frame there are also 6 screw these defects can be covered by trim.
• The sill and the doors came in with cement marks, these will come off with patience, we have cleaned the cement off but a residue remains.

Security
• 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 43cm in width.
The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 153.1cm.
If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 196.1cm.
Glazing
• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• The missing glass pane has been ordered on the 18/07/22 and will ship when ordered.
Colour
• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
