Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Cracks to the corners on the both side lights. Slight marks around the door and frame.

Mullion end cap was broken, but this has been glued back together.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Security

7 point locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.

Comes with 6 keys – 3 for each lock.

Opening

Externally opening & stacking doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.

Toplight / Window

The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 210cm.

Sidelight / Window

There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 70.2cm in width.

Just the frame width is 158.3cm.

The width with just one sidelight is 228.5cm.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.
