Upvc White French Doors
A great example of high quality UPVC/PVCU French Doors with Sidelights. (Optional)
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
One or both Sidelights can be removed if not needed, but will ship when ordered.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Light scratch on the handle externally which can be easily replaced and screw holes in each sidelight bottom externally from previously installed hook lock, however you can purchase these online at a low expense. All being cosmetic only and not effecting the operation or sacrificing any quality.
Security
- High quality 8 point ‘Fab & Fix’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 6 ‘Versa’ keys and a window key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight/Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 54.2cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 140cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 194.2cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
Given the condition of this item it would be unnecessary to order new when you can own for a fraction of the original price.
